呼和浩特市近9年梅毒流行特点分析

摘　　要：目的了解呼和浩特市2005—2013年9年间梅毒疫情流行特点,为制定梅毒防治措施提供科学依据。方法从《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》下载梅毒疫情资料,2005—2013年7 160例梅毒传染病报告卡,其中2008—2013年5 672例同时具有性病艾滋病附卡,用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果 9年间共报告梅毒病例7 160例,男女性别比为0.88∶1,性别有明显统计学意义。病例报告及发病率均呈逐年上升的趋势。2005年梅毒报告发病率为10.92/10万,2013年上升为50.08/10万。报告病例以隐性梅毒和Ⅰ期梅毒为主,占总数的87.70%。病例报告主要来源于各医疗机构的就诊者检查和术前筛查。结论呼和浩特市梅毒疫情上升主要与医疗机构的主动筛查有关,除青壮年高发外,50岁及以上年龄者梅毒发病也较多,应加大对高发人群梅毒等性病相关知识的宣传力度,推广使用安全套,降低梅毒的发病率,同时提高梅毒诊断的准确率。OBJECTIVE To understand the trend and characteristics of syphilis epidemio]ogy in Hohhot, and to provide a scientific ba- sis for syphilis prevention and control measures. METHOD An epidemiological study was performed on syphilis cases reported from China information system for diseases control and prevention, including the 2005-2013, 7 160 cases of infectious disease report card, of which 2008-2013, 5672 STD AIDS attached card. Statistical analysis was done by using SPSS 17.0. RESULTS From 2005 to 2013, 7160 cases of syphilis were reported. The male-female ratio of syphilis cases was 0.88 ： 1, with a significant difference. The reported syphilis incidence increased yearly, from 10.92 per 100000 in 2005 up to 50.08 per 100 000 in 2013, the constituent ra- tio of latent syphilis and I stage of syphilis in all the syphilis cases was accounted for the major（87.70%）. The cases mainly come from preoperative screening of medical institutions. CONCLUSIONS Syphilis epidemic in Hohhot was mainly associated with the ac- tive screening of medical institutions. In addition to the high incidence in young adults, syphilis infection in 50 years and elder was also high. To reduce the incidence of syphilis STD knowledge propaganda and promotion of condom use should be performed in high-risk groups, at the same time syphilis diagnosis accuracy should be improved.
