猫爪草胶囊治疗肺结核的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究猫爪草胶囊对肺结核(初治)的治疗效果,并探讨其用药的安全性及有效性。方法将120例肺结核(初治)患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组应用常规的(2H3R3Z3E3/4H3R3)顿服进行抗结核治疗;治疗组在上述治疗基础上加用猫爪草胶囊4粒口服3次/d。对2组治疗效果及不良反应等进行分析。结果治疗组及对照组治疗2个月未满疗程痰菌阴转率分别为91%和83%,满疗程痰菌阴转率分别提高到100%和98%;治疗2个月末影像学有效率分别为65%和48%,满疗程影像学有效率分别为100%和98%;2组痰菌阴转率及影像学有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论猫爪草胶囊联合常规抗结核药物治疗肺结核(初治)短期治愈率升高,最终治愈率无明显差异,但可减少不良反应的发生率。Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Maozhaocao Capsule on pulmonary tuberculosis（ untreated）, and explore the safety and efficacy. Methods 120 cases of tuberculosis（ untreated）patients were randomly divided into treat-ment group and control group;the patients was treated for normal（2H3 R3 Z3 E3/4H3 R3 ）serving Dayton anti-TB treatment in control group;and treated based on the treatment of control group and combined with Maozhaocao capsules 4 tablets for 3 times onday in treatment group. The curative effect and adverse reactions of two groups were analyzed. Results The sputum negative conversion rate of treatment group and the control group by 2 month of treatment was 91% and 83% respectively,and in-creased to 100% and 98% respectively in full course of treatment;Chest X-ray efficiency was 65% and 48% respectively in not full course of treatment and was 100% and 98% respectively in full course. There was significant difference in adverse re-action rate between the two groups（all P﹥0. 05）. Conclusion Maozhaocao capsules combine with routine anti-TB drugs treat tuberculosis（ untreated）short-term cure rate is increased,ultimate cure has no significant difference,but it can reduce the in-cidence of side effects.
