辽宁绒山羊成母羊对不同苜蓿比例TMR日粮消化性能的研究

摘　　要：选择12只辽宁绒山羊成母羊,体重46.71±4.93 kg,随机分成3组,每组4只,试验1组、2组和3组TMR日粮苜蓿比例依次为20%、30%和40%,精粗比分别为16.64%:83.36%、11.52%:88.48%和12.91%:87.09%。研究成母羊对不同苜蓿比例TMR日粮的消化性能。结果表明:试验1组粗蛋白消化率和代谢率均高于试验2、3组。试验1组总能代谢率显著(P<0.05)高于试验2组;试验1组粗脂肪消化率显著(P<0.05)高于试验2、3组。试验1组粗灰分、钙和磷消化率均略高于试验2、3组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。在纤维类物质方面,试验1组粗纤维、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维消化率均高于试验2、3组;而试验2组又高于试验3组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。因此,在本研究条件下,苜蓿比例为20%、精粗比为16.64%:83.36%时,成母羊对各类营养物质的消化率均较高,饲料利用效率最好。Twelve Liaoning Cashmere ewes were randomly divided into three groups, feeding with number 1 to 3 diet which including alfalfa 20%, 30% and 40%, and the concentrate to forage ratio were16.64%：83.36%, 11.52%：88.48% and 12.91%：87.09% respectively. And other nutrients were nearly same. The apparent digestibility and metabolic rate of diet with different alfalfa in TMR was re- searched. The results showed that digestibility and metabolic rate of crude protein in group Ⅰ was significant higher than group Ⅱ and Ⅲ, and metabolic rate of GE in group Ⅰ was significantly （P〈0.05） higher than group If, apparent digestibility of EE in group Ⅰ was significantly （P〈0.05） higher than group Ⅱ and Ⅲ, apparent digestibility of Ash, Ca, CF in group Ⅰ were higher（P〉 0. 05）than group Ⅱ and Ⅲ. And apparent digestibility of CF, NDF, ADF in group Ⅰ were higher than group Ⅱ and Ⅲ, but not significant（P〉0.05）, and that in group Ⅱ were higher than group Ⅲ. So, it could been summarized that the digestibility of nutrients was the highest when diet including alfalfa 20%, the concentrate to forage ratio was 16.64%：83.36%, and the utilization of feed was the highest.
