摘　　要：将GearTrax齿轮设计插件应用于塑料齿轮设计中,结合SolidWorks建立齿轮三维实体模型,并做简单的装配和啮合分析。利用SolidWorks及Geartrax齿轮设计软件对基于AGMA PT基本齿条修正设计的塑料齿轮进行建模并装配分析,发现塑料齿轮设计中存在问题并提出改进方法。In this paper,the gear design plug-in ,GearTrax,is used in plastic gear design,a three-dimensional solid model of the gear is built using SolidWorks ,and simple assembly and mesh analysis is conducted about the model.Using the gear design software SolidWorks and Geartrax,a model of the plastic gear designed based on the AGMA PT basic rack is built and put into assembly analysis,the problems in the design of plastic gears are found and improving method is put for-ward.
