256层螺旋CT在冠状动脉粥样硬化中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的：探讨256层螺旋CT在诊断冠状动脉粥样硬化中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析本院心内科2012年9月~2013年7月拟诊为冠心病的患者140例，分别分析其CT、CAG图像。结果256层螺旋CT对于冠状动脉病变诊断的灵敏度为96.3%，特异度为98.6%，符合率为99.0%；与CAG诊断结果比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论256层螺旋CT具有诊断准确度高、灵敏度高等特点，值得临床广泛推广、应用。Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of 256 slice spiral CT in coronary atherosclerosis. Methods 140 suspected patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed in department of internal medicine of our hospital from September 2012 to July 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.CT and CAG image of patients was analyzed respectively. Results Sensitivity of 256 slice spiral CT in diagnosis of coronary artery disease was 96.3% and specificity was 98.6%, and the coincidence rate was 99.0%.Compared with the CAG diagnosis result,there was no statistical difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion 256 slice spiral CT has high diagnostic accuracy degree and sensitivity,and it is worthy of wide pro-motion and application in clinic.
