舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗过敏性鼻炎前后鼻分泌物嗜酸细胞检测

摘　　要：目的研究过敏性鼻炎舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗前后鼻分泌物嗜酸细胞计数的变化。方法对43例行舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗的过敏性鼻炎患者在接受治疗前及治疗后2、4、8周采集鼻分泌物,经涂片染色后计数鼻分泌物嗜酸细胞,将结果进行统计分析。结果免疫治疗后4周与8周,鼻分泌物嗜酸细胞计数与治疗前相比下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后4周与8周相比,鼻分泌物嗜酸细胞计数比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗过敏性鼻炎4周,鼻黏膜局部免疫状态开始发生改变。Objective To investigate the changes of eosinocyte（EOS） in nasal section of patients with allergic rhinitis treated with sublingual specific immunotherapy. Methods Forty-three patients with allergic rhinitis treated with sublingual specific im- munotherapy were studied. The detection of EOS in nasal sections was carried before the treatment and 2, 4 and 8 weeks after the treatment. Results After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment, the expressions of EOS in nasal section in all cases decreased sta- tistically （P 〈 0. 05） in comparison with the beginning of treatment. Conclusion The local immune status of nasal mucosa is changed after 4 weeks of sublingual immunotherapy in patients with allergic rhinitis.
