摘　　要：分馏是化学化工专业实验课的一项重要内容,也是分离沸点相近液体混合物的重要方法.本文设计制造了一种高效简便的分馏柱,该分馏柱集填料、保温装置于一体,体积小巧,便于拆装.通过与韦氏分馏柱对照,发现优化分馏柱效果分离好,可有效分离沸点更为接近的液体混合物.Fraction is not only an important content of organic chemistry experiment, but also an useful operation to separate the liquid organic mixture which boiling point is close to each other. An efficient modified fractionatingcolumn is made and applied in the fraction experiment in this paper. The column is assembled by the packing and thermal device, which is standard and easy to install. By contrast, the modified column has a better effect than Vigreux Column.
