摘　　要：在阐述昆明铁路局铁路货运物流市场现状的基础上,针对目前昆明铁路局货运物流市场的变化,提出发展昆明铁路局货运物流市场的经营策略,即稳大宗战略,以板块推进实施大客户战略;集装箱战略,创新发展煤焦入箱战略;滇西战略,发展大理地区公铁联运;滇南战略,发展中越河口口岸运输。实践证明,货运物流市场经营策略的实施,提高了昆明铁路局铁路货运物流的市场竞争力。Based on expounding status of railway freight logistic market of Kunming Railway Administration, targeting with current change of the market of Kunming Railway Administration, this paper puts forward developing operation strategies of the market, including strategy of stabilizing bulk goods, means promoting and implementing major clients strategy by economic sections; container strategy, means the strategy of innovating and developing coal transportation by containers; Dianxi(Yunnan West) strategy, means developing road-rail inter-model transportation in Dali area; and Diannan(Yunnan South) strategy, means developing China-Vietnam Hekou port transportation. The practice shows the implementation of operation strategies of freight transport logistic market increases the market competitiveness of railway freight transport logistics of Kunming Railway Administration.
