摘　　要：为进一步了解丹参(Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge)根腐病病原菌的种类及生物学特性,采用组织分离法从丹参根腐病样本中分离到1株真菌,经致病性测定、形态学观察和分子生物学鉴定,将其鉴定为腐皮镰刀菌(Fusarium solani).In order to further understand the variety and biology characteristics of the pathogens of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge root rot, one strain of fungi was isolated from the root rot samples of S.miltiorrhiza Bunge by tissue isolation.According to the pathogenicity test and the morphological observation of the pathogen, as well as molecular biological identification, it was identified as Fusarium solani.
