摘 要:固体酸催化剂由于其易于分离回收、对生产设备无腐蚀性、无毒、对环境友好等优势而应用于生物柴油的制备。综述了当前应用于生物柴油制备的固体酸催化剂的研究进展,包括沸石、杂多酸、强酸性离子交换树脂、硫酸化金属氧化物固体超强酸、金属磷酸盐和有机膦酸盐杂化材料,以及新型的碳基固体酸催化剂,讨论了它们在生物柴油制备等酸催化反应中存在的问题,并展望其发展方向。Heterogeneous solid acid catalysts have attracted much attention for biodiesel production owing to their significant advantages of easy separation from product and no equipment corrosion, nontoxicity and environment-friendly. The recent development of solid acid catalysts for their application in biodiesel production is reviewed, including zeolites, heteropolyacids, sulFonic ion- exchange resins, SO42-/MxOysuperacids and metal phosphates, as well as new-developed organic- inorganic hybrid phosphonates and sulfonated carbon-based acids. The state-of-art and the possible problems of these solid acid catalysts in the esterification and transesterification for biodiesel production were elaborated, and the prospects of these solid acid catalysts were also presented.
