摘 要:以四氢萘为探针分子,采用纯烃固定床微反装置,对比研究了Beta和Y型(以DASY(0.0)为例)2种分子筛催化芳香基环烷环烃类的裂化转化规律,采用PONA分析和GC-MS检测产物组成。结果表明,Beta分子筛对四氢萘裂化转化的催化活性低于DASY(0.0),但DASY(0.0)催化下四氢萘芳构化形成萘的选择性较高(可达到约45%),而Beta分子筛催化下四氢萘的开环裂化(ROP)选择性较高,芳构化生成萘的选择性仅为DASY(0.0)的1/3,且Beta分子筛催化下C3~C4低碳烃选择性及C3~C4低碳烃中的烯烃比例明显较高。Catalytic cracking of tetralin was carried out over Beta and DASY(0.0) zeolites in a fixed-bed micro-reactor, to discuss the cracking of aromatic-naphthene ring catalyzed by the two zeolites, the product distributions were analyzed in detail by PONA and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry techniques. It is shown that compared with DASY(0.0) zeolite, over Beta zeolite the hydrogen transfer (HT) activity of tetralin was lower, as the selectivity of naphthalene just 1/3 of that over DASY(0.0), and the selectivity of products produced by ring-open reactions (ROP) was larger, though the tetralin conversion was smaller, on the other hands, the C3--C4 selectivity and the portion of olefins in Ca--C4 were higher.
