我国农村居民健康需求的影响研究

摘　　要：采用生活质量指标作为度量健康的指标,运用中国健康与营养调查研究(CHNS)2011年的数据,分析了我国农村居民的健康现状。并将参合农村居民与未参合农村居民的健康生活指数及其影响因素进行了对比分析。同时基于Grossman模型,以健康生活指数作为因变量,以年龄、受教育程度以及是否参加新农合作为自变量来研究农村居民的健康需求。研究发现,年龄与我国农村居民的健康需求呈负相关关系,受教育程度呈正相关关系,而是否参加新农合对健康需求影响不显著。针对结果,提出改善及引导我国农村居民健康需求的政策建议。This paper analyzes rural resident health status with the data from CHNS 2011, and use“quality of life index”as a measure of health indicators. It also compares QWB and influencing factors of rural residents who are participated in new rural cooperative medical system and who aren’t in. Based on Grossman model, use QWB as dependent variable with age, education level and whether to participate in new rural cooperative as independent variables to study rural resident health demands. The study found that age and the health demands of rural residents had a negative correlation, the level of education and health demands was positively correlated, and it had no significant effect on health demands whether to participate in new rural cooperative or not. Finally, it puts forward to improve policy recommendations and guide rural residents health demands in China.
