摘　　要：分析碳化法红矾钠生产中的碳化过程及设备选择原则;提出碳化法红矾钠生产的高效筛板碳化塔及工艺。该塔具有生产能力大、吸收效率高、连续生产的特点,可降低生产装置能耗,提高生产环保水平。This paper analyzes thecarbonization process and equipment selection principles of sodium bichromate production based on carbonization method; and proposes the high efficient sieve tray carbonation tower and process of sodium bichromate production by carbonization method. The tower has the characteristics of large capacity,high absorption efficiency and continuous operation. It can reduce energy consumption of the plant and improve the level of environmental protection for production.
