核桃花粉化学成分的初步研究

摘　　要：采用植物化学成分系统预试法和专项预试法对核桃花粉的化学成分进行研究。结果表明糖、多糖及苷类、蛋白质、氨基酸、酚性成分、生物碱、甾体、黄酮类化合物、强心苷、内酯、香豆素及苷类、挥发油的系统预试实验结果为阳性,皂甙、有机酸、鞣质、蒽醌及苷类系统预试实验结果为阴性;黄酮、生物碱、香豆素专项实验结果为阳性。To study t.he chemical constituents of the walnut pollen, the methods of systematic pretest and individual pretest were adopted.The systematic pretest on carbohydrates,protein, amino acid,phenols, alkaloids,steroids, flavones,cardiae glycoside, inner ester, coumarin and essential oils were positive. systematic pretest on saponins, orgnic acids, tannins and anthraquinone were negative. The individual pretest on flavones, alkaloids and coumarin were Positive.
