摘  要:针对哥伦比亚安坝口稠油油田热采井管外窜导致高含水的问题,进行了堵水调剖技术应用实验。室内实验优选了主剂和降失水剂、减阻剂、消泡剂、缓凝剂等添加剂,形成了易钻塞、微膨性WFC膨胀堵剂。实验结果表明,堵剂满足封堵的突破压力要求,未出现由于体积收缩造成的渗漏现象。该技术在哥伦比亚安坝口油田PH1-HZ5-A9井应用后,含水率由100%下降到69%,日产油上升10.1t/d,表明堵水调剖技术能有效封堵水层,降低含水率,提高原油产量。In order to solve the problem of high water cut due to channeling outside the well tubing in the process of thermal recovery of heavy oil in Anbakou Oilfield,Colombia,experiments for the application of technologies of water blocking and profile control have been conducted. The laboratory experiment selected principal agent,fluid loss agent,friction reducer,retardant to form easy-drilling and slight-swelling WFC blocking agent. The experiment result indicates the blocking agent meets the requirements of breakthrough pressure for blocking. There is no leak related to the shrinkage of volume. After the application of the technologies into Well PH1-HZ5-A9,Anbakou Oilfield,Colombia,the water cut decreased from 100% to 69% and the daily oil production increased to 10. 1 t / d,indicating the technologies of water blocking and profile control can effectively block water layer,decrease water cut and increase oil production.
