摘  要:针对鲁克沁深层稠油油藏酸化增注存在的难点,开展了碱加泡沫酸增注技术研究。通过碱加泡沫酸解堵增注机理、碱液和泡沫酸配方研究及性能评价,形成了深层稠油"碱+泡沫酸"复合解堵增注体系和先挤碱后挤泡沫酸的施工工艺。2014年碱加泡沫酸增注技术在鲁克沁油田开展了4井次的矿场试验,有效率为100%,平均单井注水压力降低12 MPa,注水增加21.3m3/d,有效期为102d,降压增注效果显著,具有较好推广应用前景。In order to tackle the difficulties related to acidizing and increasing injection into deep heavy oil reservoir in Lukeqin,technologies of increasing injection by using alkali and foamed acid have been studied. Through the research and performance assessment on mechanism which removes the blocking and the recipe of alkali solution and foamed acid,'alkali + foamed acid'composite system which removes blocking and increases injection in deep heavy oil reservoir has been developed and the operation process of injecting alkali first and foamed acid second has been formed. In 2014,this technology was applied for four times in experimental wells in Lukeqin Oilfield with 100% of effectiveness. The average pressure of water injection per well deceased by 12 MPa on average,the injection increased by 21. 3 m3/ d and the valid period is 102 d. The effect of pressure decrease is obvious,which can be used extensively in the future.
