摘  要:国内超临界W火焰直流锅炉水冷壁采用低质量流速垂直管设计,机组在高、低负荷工况运行时,水冷壁垂直管上部温差过大,影响了锅炉的安全运行。针对目前超临界W火焰直流锅炉水冷壁运行时出现的壁温差过大的问题进行分析,并提出运行及设计的改进措施。The design of vertical tube with low mass velocity is adopted in domestic supercritical arch fired once-through boilers. The temperature difference of waterwall is large for supercritical arch fired once-through boiler in operation of high or low load, and it made the boiler safety worse. In this paper, the problem of large waterwall temperature difference during operation is analyzed, and measures for operation and design improvement are forwarded.
