摘 要:以空气分级低氮改造后的切圆燃烧锅炉为对象,研究、分析了燃煤挥发分Vdaf、灰分Aar、水分Mt和燃料氮Nar对NOx生成量的影响规律。研究表明,挥发分和水分与NOx负相关,灰分和燃料氮与NOx正相关,NOx随着挥发分和水分增加而减小,随着灰分和燃料氮的增加而增加。在燃烧初期各类有利于煤粉着火、降低温度水平及降低氧量水平的因素都有利于降低NOx排放。For tangentially firing furnaces with the staged-air low-NOx combustion, research of the effects of volatile Vaaf, ash Aar, moisture Mt and nitrogen Nar of pulverized coal on NOx emission is carried out. The results show that there is a negative correlation between volatile, moisture and NOx emission, i. e. , the NOx emission decreases while the two parameters increase. But there is a positive correlation between ash, nitrogen and NOx emission, i. e. , the NOx emission increases while the two parameters increase. At the early stage of combustion, the factors which are benefit for ignition of pulverized coal, decreasing the furnace temperature and oxygen content will decrease the NO~ emission.
