摘　　要：借助排队论分析某港一期工程的统计资料,确定其港口服务系统的数学特征及主要特征值,探讨选取泊位利用率应考虑的因素,并提出一种确定泊位利用率数值的方法。The theory of queues was used to analyze the statistic data on one port phase-1 project, determine the mathematic characteristic and major characteristic numbers of port serving system. In addition, the factors related to the selection of berth utilization ratio were discussed in order to put forward an approach to determine the berth utilization ratio.
