摘  要:为研究自动喷水灭火技术对高大空间建筑火灾控火性能的影响,按照高大空间公共建筑和厂房的实际火灾场景,开展自动喷水灭火技术全尺寸火灾试验和数值模拟计算。选定的喷头流量系数为K-161,安装高度为18 m,喷水强度分别为20和25 L/(min·m2)。试验结果显示,在该火灾场景中,第1只喷头在点火后3~4 min动作,喷头开放数为3~4只即能成功控制火势的增长和蔓延,顶板下的最高温度为120℃,距火灾试验模型2.4 m处的最高温度为20℃。数值模拟计算与实体火试验结论基本一致,说明高大空间建筑采用自动喷水灭火系统,能达到很好的控火甚至是灭火效果。To research the impact of automatic sprinklers system on fire control performance at highclearance buildings, based upon factual fire scenario in high-clearance public buildings and workshops, full-scale fire experiments and numerical modeling were carried out. The selected sprinkler was K-161. The installed height was 18 meters. The spray density was 20 and 25L/( min·m2). The experiment results indicate that the first sprinkler would be activated about 3 -4 mins after the ignition, only 3 to 4 activated sprinklers would control the growth and spread of fire successfully at this fire scenario, that the highest temperature under the ceiling would be no more than 120 ℃, and that the highest temperature at 2.4 meters away from fire test model would be no more than 20 ℃. The result of numerical modeling is basically the same with the fire experiments, which means sprinkler systems are effective in fire control and fire suppression at high-clearance buildings.
