摘  要:为确定引起井下监控系统预警的故障源的位置,基于专家系统,采用知识库与推理机相结合的方法建立矿井监控预警诊断系统。设计风速超限预警诊断知识库,通过建立风阻-风流变化影响关系矩阵,得到影响每条分支风量变化的分支集合。同时设计风速、瓦斯、烟雾、一氧化碳超限以及风门开停、主要通风机负压预警诊断推理机。给出矿井监控预警诊断系统推理流程。采用此方法对铁法大明矿进行工业试验。结果表明:预警诊断结果与实际情况一致,从而验证了矿井监控预警诊断技术及方法的可行性。In order to locate the fault of mine monitoring system warning, and based on the expert sys- tem,a mine monitoring warning diagnostic system was established by combining the knowledge base and inference engine. In this paper, an air velocity warning diagnostic knowledge base was designed, the branch set changing the air volume of each branch was obtained through building drag-air affecting rela- tionship matrix. In the meantime, an warning diagnostic inference engine was designed for air velocity overrun, gas overrun, smoke and carbon monoxide overrun, throttle-off, and the main fan negative pres- sure. A reasoning process was given for the mine monitoring warning diagnostic system. Industrial trial was carried out in Daming mine. The warning diagnostic result is consistent with the actual situation. The feasibility of the mine monitoring warning diagnostic technique and method is verified.
