摘 要:鉴于普通水炮泥在井下爆破降尘和减少炮烟效果不佳,采用表面活性能和界面能理论,对水炮泥添加剂进行筛选和正交复配试验,比较加有不同种类表面活性剂的溶液的表面张力和润湿速度,以改善水炮泥添加剂配方。将所得的高效水炮泥在典型煤矿进行现场试验。结果表明:自配表面活性剂P3的正交复配质量分数为0.05%时溶液的表面张力最低,润湿速度最好。高效水炮泥可提高溶液的润湿、分散、吸附以及增稠的能力;新配方的高效水炮泥对呼尘和全尘的相对降尘率分别为62.08%和64.54%。For the dust and gun smoke control effect the conventional water stemming method brings about is limited in underground blasting, screening and orthogonal experiments of the water stemming addi- tion agents were carried out to improve the addition agents formula. With the surfactant P3 prepared by the authors , the lowest values of Surface tension and wetting speed were obtained when its mass fraction was 0.05%. Field experiments were carried out in a certain typical coal mine. The results show that the wet- ting, dispersion, adsorption and thickening abilities of efficient water stemming solution can be improved, and that relative dust control rates of respirable dust and total dust are 62.08% and 64.54% respectively when the new formula is used.
