摘　　要：韩国快速的社会变化引起了一些非传统安全问题。为了应对这些问题,韩国国家警察厅建立了不同的组织和团队。韩国国家警察厅需要有能力的警员处理这些非传统安全问题。韩国国家警察大学和私立大学都努力培养更好的警察人选。在应对非传统安全问题上,警察机关与高等教育机构之间的建设性合作关系是非常重要的。Rapid social changes in South Korea leads to the occurrence of some non-traditional problems. To deal with such problems, the South Korean police department has established different kinds of organizations and units. Naturally, the South Korean police department needs competent policemen to deal with these non-traditional problems. Police academies and private universities in South Korea strive to cultivate good policemen. To tackle non-traditional problems, the constructive relationship between police agencies and higher education institutions is extremely important.
