摘　　要：在科威特苏比亚配水工程C1标中,输配水系统采用供水离心泵结合流量控制阀调节的运行方式,工程分为两期建设,由于一期为局部供水,为了保证水泵和系统运行安全,要求在供水系统中配置流量控制阀进行控制和调节。s：At C1 section of Subiya water distribution in Kuwait, water supply system uses the operation mode of water centrifugal pump with flow control valve. Construction of the project is divided into two phases, and the local water supply is used at first phase. In order to ensure safe operation of the pump and the system, water supply system need to be equipped with flow control valve.
