摘　　要：东北老工业基地振兴战略实施10多年以来,黑龙江省加大环境保护力度,取得了一定成效,但多年累积的环境问题仍然存在。从污染减排、松花江水污染防治、生态环境污染和大气污染4个方面分析了黑龙江省环境保护现存的问题,并提出了解决这些问题的对策,对新10年黑龙江省环境保护工作的开展和生态文明的建设有重要意义。Since the strategy of revitalizing northeast old industrial base to be implemented 10 years, environmental protection efforts of Heilongjiang province has been increased, and the ecological environment has been improved to a certain extent, but the years of accumulated environmental problems still exist. The existing problems of pollution reduction, water pollution control of Songhuajiang River, ecological environment pollution and atmospheric pollution were analyzed in this paper, and the countermeasures to solve these problems were put forward. It is important signifi- cance to the development of Heilongjiang province environmental protection work and the construction of ecological civilization in the new decade.
