摘  要:基于辐射测温原理,介绍了比色测温理论,为提高钢水的测温精度,对比色测温波长进行了最佳选择。搭建实验平台,获得了不同温度下的熔融金属辐射亮度曲线,通过小波去噪方法获得信噪比较高的亮度曲线,利用Matlab软件作出了波长选择的GUI界面。当滤波片中心波长选择为λ1=580nm,λ2=590nm时,测量误差满足了测量精度要求。Based on the principle of radiation thermometry, the colorimetric temperature measurement theory is introduced, in order to improve the accuracy of temperature measurement of molten steel, the best wavelength selection of the colorimetric temperature measurement is carried out. An experimental platform has been set up, the molten metal brightness curves at different temperatures has been obtained. The brightness curve with higher signal to noise ratio was obtained by using the wavelet denoising method. GUI interface was carried out by using Matlab soft- ware. When the center wavelength of filter was selected as λ1= 580 nm,λ2 = 590 nm, the error of the measurement accuracy meets the requirements of this colorimetric method for temperature measurement applications in the tem- perature of the molten steel.
