摘  要:采用《中华人民共和国药典》2010年版方法进行辛夷挥发油含量的测定,并利用薄层色谱法对苞片、花瓣、雄蕊、雌蕊、全蕾进行比较。试验结果表明,辛夷花瓣、雄蕊挥发油的含量较高,苞片、雌蕊中挥发油含量较低,辛夷不同部位的木脂素斑点明显程度差异较大,全蕾、花瓣、雄蕊中木脂素斑点明显。去苞片粉碎,微波提取有利于药效成分的溶出和提取。T he contents of volatile oil in different parts of M agnolia denudata is determined by the method in Phamacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China published in 2010 .The flower bracts , stamens ,petals ,pistil and full lace are compared by the method of thin‐layer chromatography (TLC) . The results show that the volatile oil is higher in stamens and petals but lower in flower bracts and pistil .There are obvious differences of Lignans spots in different parts of Magnolia denudata .Lig‐nans spots in stamens ,petals and full lace are significant .It is helpful for the dissolution and extrac‐tion of medicinal composition by crushing bracts and using microwave extraction .
