摘 要:针对邯钢2080机组高氢快冷工艺存在的问题,创新性提出利用放散合理分配炉内氢含量,在快冷段选择不同氢气含量;灵活运用两种高氢注入模式,即N2+RC H2模式和HNx+RC H2模式,引导炉内气体流向,经过优化炉内各区域的氢气含量,尤其是低温段(预热段和终冷段)被控制在合理范围内(不高于5%)。高氢快冷工艺投用之后,大大提高了带钢冷却速率,高强钢各项性能参数在控制范围内,产量得到提升,产量增幅达到20%~45%;成功开发了低成本C-Si-Mn成分体系高强钢;连退炉氢气总消耗量降低6%~12%,快冷段每台风机转速降低15%左右,缓冷段每台风机转速降低10%左右,实现了低成本高品质生产。To solve the present problems in high - content hydrogen fast cooling process of 2080 set of Han Steel, a new process is proposed out: utilize blowing off to reasonably distribute hydrogen content in continu- ous annealing furnace, i. e. , selecting different hydrogen content during fast cooling stage; flexibly apply two kinds of poring - into model for high - content hydrogen, i.e. , N2 + RC H2 and HNx + RC H2, to lead gas flow direction in furnace. After optimizing hydrogen contents in various region of the furnace, the content of hydrogen in low temperature region ( pre - heating and ending cooling) is especially controlled within a reasonable range (not higher than 5% ). After high -content hydrogen fast cooling process put into application, the strip steel cooling speed is greatly increased, the various properties parameters of high - strength steel are controlled within target range, the output raised with a growth of 20 to 45 percent; the low - cost high - strength steel of C - Si - Mn system is successfully developed; the hydrogen consumption amount of continuous annealing furnace decreased by 6 to 12 percent, the rotation rate of every blower in fast cooling stage lowered by about 14 percent, and that in slow cooling stage by about 10 percent, the production with low cost and high quality is realized.
