无灰煤的应用现状及前景

摘　　要：无灰煤具有超低灰分、软化温度低、热塑性好、流动度大、热值高等优点,是提高煤炭附加值、制备高洁净度煤的一种有效方法。介绍了无灰煤在配煤炼焦、煤基液体燃料、煤炭气化和液化以及制备炭材料方面的应用现状及前景。我国煤炭资源丰富,无灰煤是实现煤炭清洁生产、扩大使用范围、提高附加值的有效途径。Ashless coal has advantages of ultra low ash content, low softening temperature, good thermal plasticity, good mobility and high heat value, can increase added value of coal and be used to make high - cleanness coal. It is introduced its present application situation and prospect in coal blending to make coke, making coal matrix liquid fuel, coal gasifying and liquefying and making carbon materials. With rich coal resource of our country, it is a effective way to realize clean coal production, expand coal application range and increase added value for coal.
