摘　　要：京唐公司经过不断工业试验摸索,通过转炉炉温控制、氧枪选择、氧气流量控制、枪位控制、供氧制度、过程倒炉控制等措施,率先在300 t转炉上进行含油固体废弃物焚烧,同时充分发挥转炉干法除尘效率高的优势,实现了含油固废厂内高效循环处理,取得了良好的效果。转炉处理固废工艺提供了一种含油固体废弃物的处理效果,解决了钢铁联合企业内部含油固体废弃物无法及时处理的难题。In continuous industrial tests, with measures of controlling converter temperature, oxygen lane selection, oxygen flow rate control, lane location control, oxygen feeding system and process turning down control and etc. , the oil - bearing solid waste is the first time burned in 300 - ton converter, and the superiority in high efficiency of dry dust collecting of converter is brought into fully play, then the high - efficiency circular treatment of oil - bearing solid waste within plant is realized, good effect got. This method can offer a help for other iron and steel businesses.
