摘 要:采用水热合成法制备了沸石咪唑酯骨架吸附材料(ZIF-8)。用XRD、FTIR、N2吸附-脱附和SEM等方法对ZIF-8的结构进行了表征。表征结果显示,ZIF-8具有很高的结晶度和优良的水稳定性,晶体结构为方钠石拓扑结构,孔径主要分布在0.4~1.2 nm,BET比表面积为1 453 m^2/g,孔体积为0.64 cm^3/g。用甲烷吸附实验考察了ZIF-8对甲烷的干储和湿储性能。实验结果表明,在274.15 K、压力低于10 MPa时,甲烷吸附量的大小顺序为:湿ZIF-8〉干ZIF-8〉压缩甲烷;在274.15 K、10 MPa的条件下,湿ZIF-8的甲烷吸附量为178(体积比),干ZIF-8的甲烷吸附量为163。湿ZIF-8存储甲烷过程中的压力变化包括吸附阶段、诱导阶段、快速生成阶段和反应后期。The zeolitic imidazolate framework-8(ZIF-8) adsorbent was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis and was characterized by means of XRD,FTIR,N2 adsorption-desorption and SEM. The results showed that ZIF-8 had high degree of crystallinity and excellent water stability. Its crystal structure is sodalite topology with the pore size distribution in the range of 0.4~1.2 nm,BET specifi c surface area of 1 453 m^2/g and pore volume of 0.64 cm^3/g. The gas storage capacities of the dry and wet ZIF-8 were studied by methane adsorption experiments. The results indicated that under the conditions of pressure lower than 10 MPa and temperature 274.15 K,the order of the adsorption capacity to methane was wet ZIF-8dry 〉ZIF-8〉compressed natural gas. Under the conditions of 274.15 K and 10 MPa,the methane adsorption capacities on the wet ZIF-8 and dry ZIF-8 were 178(volume ratio) and 163,respectively. The pressure change during the methane storage on the wet ZIF-8 includes the four stages of adsorption,induction,rapid generation and later stage reaction.
