摘 要:以氯甲基化聚苯乙烯树脂微球为母体,分别与三乙烯四胺和1,4,7,10-四氮杂环十二烷反应制备了胺化聚苯乙烯树脂(PS-TETA)和新型Cyclen型聚苯乙烯树脂(PS-Cy)。采用FTIR和BET方法表征了树脂的结构;利用紫外-可见分光光度计研究了树脂对对硝基苯酚(PNP)的吸附性能。表征结果显示,PS-TETA和PS-Cy可吸附PNP。实验结果表明,随PNP溶液p H的增大,PS-TETA和PS-Cy对PNP的吸附呈先增大后趋于平缓再不断下降的趋势,吸附过程符合准二级动力学方程,且主要控制步骤为Boyd液膜扩散形式。25℃下,PS-TETA和PS-Cy对PNP的平衡吸附量分别为126.34 mg/m L和118.93 mg/m L。PSTETA吸附PNP为多分子层吸附;PS-Cy对PNP的吸附为单分子层吸附。两者对PNP的吸附过程均为放热过程,且以物理吸附的形式为主。Triethylenetetramine crosslinked polystyrene(PS-TETA) and 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane(cyclen) modified polystyrene(PS-Cy) were synthesized by the reaction of chloromethyl polystyrene microspheres with triethylenetetramine and cyclen,respectively. The synthesized resins were characterized by means of FTIR and BET. The results showed that PS-TETA and PS-Cy can adsorb p-nitrophenol(PNP). The adsorbilities of the resin to PNP were studied by means of UV-vis. The results indicated that with increasing p H,the adsorption of PNP on PS-TETA and PS-Cy fi rstly increased,then leveled off and fi nally declined. Both the two adsorption processes accorded with the pseudo-second-order kinetics equation and the liquid fi lm diffusion was the major controlling step. At temperature of 25 ℃,the equilibrium adsorption capacities of PS-TETA and PSCy to PNP were 126.34 mg/mL and 118.93 mg/mL,respectively. The adsorption process on PS-TETA is of multi-molecular layer adsorption while the adsorption process on PS-Cy is of mono-molecular layer adsorption. Both the adsorption processes on PS-TETA and PS-Cy are exothermic and are mainly physical adsorption.
