摘 要:以液体石蜡模拟矿物润滑油基础油,分别将脂肪酸酰胺、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、脂肪酸乙醇酰胺磷酸酯(FEAP)表面活性剂加入液体石蜡中,通过测定生物降解指数(BDI),考察表面活性剂对液体石蜡生物降解性的影响;通过测定培养液的光密度和油水界面张力,考察表面活性剂促进液体石蜡生物降解的作用机制。实验结果表明,3种酰胺及其酯类表面活性剂均可显著提高液体石蜡的生物降解性,FEAP的效果最好,在液体石蜡中加入1.0%(w)FEAP时,可使液体石蜡的BDI由33.0%提高至71.9%;酰胺及其酯类表面活性剂能显著降低培养液油水界面张力和加速微生物生长,从而促进液体石蜡的生物降解。The effects of three fatty amide type surfactants,namely fatty acid amide,fatty acid diethanol amide and fatty acidic ethanol amide phosphate(FEAP),on the biodegradation of liquid paraffi n which was used as simulated mineral lubricant base were investigated by the determination of the biodegradation index(BDI). The infl uences of the amide type surfactants on the biodegradation of liquid paraffin were researched through measuring the optical density and oil-water interfacial tension of the cultured broths by means of ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer and interfacial tension instrument. The results indicated that the biodegradability of liquid paraffi n was markedly improved by adding the surfactants among which FEAP was the best. The biodegradability of liquid paraffin increased from 33.0% to 71.9% by the addition of 1.0%(w) FEAP. Through the addition of the amide type surfactants,the oil-water interfacial tensions of the cultured broths were decreased obviously and the growth of microbes was promoted,which could improve the biodegradation of liquid paraffi n.
