摘 要:气动测量方法具有测量精度高、稳定性好、能够实现非接触式测量等优点,广泛应用于汽车、机械加工等行业。文章通过UG建立了气动量头与零件挡板之间流体域的三维模型,利用ANSYS FLUENT对其流场进行了有限元分析并优化了气动量头结构参数。结果表明,同周长不同结构尺寸的长圆孔喷嘴,a=0.5,b=1.57喷嘴结构的流量最大。气动测量的气源可选择时,在满足正常工作的条件下选用较小压力的气源。该方法为多槽孔、有效测量长度短一类零件的浮标式气动测量的设计提供了有益的参考。Pneumatic measuring method is widely used in automobile and machinery processing industries for its high accuracy, good stability and non-contact measurement. 3D model of fluid domain between pneumatic measuring head and part baffle was established through UG in this paper. The finite element analysis of the flow field was con- ducted and structure parameters of the pneumatic measuring head were optimized by using ANSYS FLUENT. The results show that the nozzle ( a =0. 5, b = 1.57 ) has the maximum flow rate among long circular nozzles with different structure sizes of the same perimeter. When the air source of pneumatic measuring can be selected, the smaller pres- sure should be chosen if normal operating conditions is met. The method provides a useful reference for designing the floating pneumatic measuring parts with multi-slots and short effective measuring length
