贵州威宁县人参种子催芽与育苗试验初报

摘　　要：为了探讨人参是否能在贵州种植,作者选择贵州威宁县进行人参种植试验研究。本试验以吉林抚松县大马牙参种为研究材料,研究了人参种子在威宁的催芽和育苗特性。研究结果表明：吉林抚松大马牙参种在威宁催芽率可达78%~80%;催芽后的种子在小营养杯育苗发芽率最高可达96%;根据对三年来人参生长习性的观察,在贵州威宁县试种人参是可行的,这也为今后在贵州引种人参提供了一定的基础资料。In order to investigate whether Panax ginseng C. A. Mey. could be cultivated in Guizhou, we choose Panax ginseng of Guizhou Weining County as test plant. In this experiment the Damaya of Jilin Fusong County as the research materials. The characteristics of seedling and Panax ginseng seeds germination were studied in Wein- ing. The results of the study indicate that germination rate of Jilin Fusong Damaya tooth Panax ginseng in Weining can reach to 78 % - 80 % ; germination rate of the seeds in a small nutritive cup is the highest, up to 96 % ; accord- ing to the observation of Panax ginseng growth habit in nearly three years, it is feasible to grow Panax ginseng in Guizhou Weining County,which may provide basic information for the introduction of Panax ginseng to Guizhou.
