摘 要:钠水玻璃无机胶粘剂具有无毒不燃、耐热、耐酸、耐久性好、成本低廉等优点,是A级保温材料的理想胶黏剂.本实验优选水玻璃、固化剂、硅溶胶、有机硅偶联剂等原料,采用单因素分析与正交分析,确定每一种原料的最佳水平,从而确定胶粘剂最佳配方.结果表明,胶黏剂固化温度100℃~120℃、时间2h左右时,综合性能最优化;粘结强度较好;热处理下胶黏剂耐水性极佳,但在水中有一定的溶出;热处理及助剂对凝胶时间、黏度有极大的影响,可通过调整其参数得到操作性良好的胶黏剂.As an ideal choice for Grade-A thermal insulation material, the sodium silicate inorganic adhesive is characterized by non-poisonous, non-ignitable, heat-resisting, acid-resisting, good durability, low cost and other advantages. By applying selected sodium silicate, curing agent, silica solution, organic silane coupling agent and other materials, this experiment adopts single factor analysis and orthogonal analysis to determine the best state of each material so as to find out the most desirable formula for the adhesive. The results show that the adhesive has a curing temperature of 100℃ ~120℃ for around two hours and proves to have the most optimal combination prop-erty, good adhesive strength and excellent water resistance under heat treatment despite a small amount of dissolu-tion in the water. Heat treatment and additives produce significant impact on the duration and viscosity of the adhe-sive gel. And adhesive with good operation property can be achieved by adjusting its parameters.
