大众体育志愿服务组织综合能力的评价指标体系研究

摘　　要：基于志愿服务组织综合能力的相关理论,构筑了以服务条件、服务内容和服务效果为基本结构的初试指标群,采用2轮德尔菲专家咨询法,对指标体系的有效性进行评价,形成了服务条件、服务内容和服务效果3个一级指标;人力资源、物质资源、信息资源、业务活动、公益活动、服务对象认同、志愿者认同、社会认同、政府评价9个二级指标和25个三级指标构成的大众体育志愿服务组织综合能力的评价指标体系;采用层次分析法,确定了上述各层次、各指标的权重集合。Based on the related theory of comprehensive ability of voluntary service organizations, to build tentative index groups of service condition, content and effect as the basic structure. By using two rounds of Delphi expert interview, this paper evaluates the effectiveness of index system, and forms 3 first class indicators of service condition, content and effect, 9 second class indicators of human resource, material resource, information resource, business, public welfare activities,service object identity, volunteer identity, social identity and government evaluation, and 25 third class indicators, these indicators constitute the evaluation index system of mass volunteer service organization comprehensive ability.
