超说明书用药管理实践及成效

摘　　要：我院在超说明书用药管理中建立了临床科室先申请,药学部给出药学建议,最后由药事管理委员会听证并投票决议的管理模式,该模式不仅能满足临床诊疗实践的需要,还能遏制不合理超说明书用药现象。从保障患者用药安全,提高医疗机构合理用药水平上,我院超说明书用药的管理模式是种有益的尝试。政府监管部门应早日出台相应的管理规范及实施办法,合理疏导,真正促进临床合理用药。Our hospital set up the ultra - specification medication management in the clinical departments. The resolution management mode is based on the pharmacy recommendations and the Pharmaceutical Administration committee hearings and final vote. It can not only meet the needs of clinical diagnosis and treatment practice, but also curb super instructions irrational drug use. For the protection of patient medication safety and improving medical insti- tutions, hospital medication management over specification is a kind of useful attempt. Government regulators should introduce the appropriate management practices and ways of implementation as soon as possible, and reasonably dredge to promote rational drug use really.
