输血科取血凭证在财务管理监督的应用与评价

摘　　要：目的建立输血科取血凭证管理系统,增强输血科管理工作效率。方法通过建立输血科取血凭证管理系统,实施动态数据刷新和取血凭证的保存及打印。结果使用该系统后,不必手写取血凭证,且该凭证不易被篡改敏感项目信息及时间,提高该凭证的可靠性。结论通过数字化模式来替代原有的纸质模式是大势所趋,Query作为Excel与LIS之间的桥梁,解决了输血科日常管理工作。为财务部门审核取血过程中产生的车费等额外费用报销提供可靠依据,为等级医院评审过程中规范实验室文档资料的规范管理提供良好的借鉴。Objective To establish the Blood Voucher Management System in the Blood Transfusion Department, and im- prove the work efficiency of the management of the Blood Transfusion. Methods Through the establishment of the Blood Voucher Management System, we refreshed, saved and printed the blood voucher by using dynamic data. Results Handwriting of blood voucher may not be necessary. Meanwhile, some sensitive information and time may not be tampered easily after using the Blood Voucher Management System. It means that the system can improve the reliability of the blood voucher. Conclusion The original pa- per mode is transforming to the digitized pattern that may be the main trend of today. Query as the bridge between Excel and LIS, it not only solve the daily m.anagement of the Blood Transfusion, but also provide a reliable basis for some additional expenses. In addi- tion, in the review process of hospital rating, it can provide a good reference for standardized laboratory documentation management.
