摘 要:为了降低重载工程车辆污染能耗,同时提高车辆复杂工况的通行能力,通过在传统传动系统中引入多段金属带复合无级传动和前后桥转矩分配装置,建立新型重载工程车辆四驱数学模型,最终得到一种四驱重载工程车辆牵引力综合控制策略。研究结果表明:大速比变化条件下发动机达到最高转速所需时间最长,所达到的最高转速最低;小速比变化条件下可达到较高车速,在大速比变化率条件下车速曲线变化较为光滑,加速阶段速度变化平稳;系统中引入牵引力控制后可以较好抑制驱动车轮过滑现象,将驱动轮速控制在目标车速范围内。To reduce the energy consumption of heavy duty construction vehicle pollution, and improve the capacity of the complex conditions of the vehicle, the multi - metal complex with stepless transmission and front/rear axle torque distribution device in the traditional drive system are imported, a new mathematical model of heavy duty four - wheel heavy duty construction vehicle is established, finally, a four - wheel drive heavy du- ty construction vehicle traction integrated control strategy is obtained. The results show that large ratio change conditions required for the engine reaches maximum speed of the longest and highest speed reached a minimum ; small ratio change conditions can achieve high speed, the speed curve more smooth and steady acceleration phase speed change under the conditions of large ratio rate change ; after the introduction of traction control sys- tem, slip phenomenon can be well suppressed over a driving wheel, the drive wheel speed control range of the space in the target vehicle speed.
