摘 要:测力中部支架是某型跨超声速风洞模型支撑系统的重要组成部分,其性能的优劣直接影响到试验过程中模型姿态角的控制。首先,针对现有测力中部支架在型号试验中滚转角间隙过大的问题,将自锁式双导程蜗杆传动应用到风洞测力中部支架机构中,同时考虑到气动载荷较大的问题,增加了滑块及胀套两个锁紧环节,成功解决了试验中测力中部支架传动机构锁紧的难题;然后,对蜗杆传动的强度进行了校核,对支撑体、主轴进行了有限元分析,研究静载情况下支撑体、主轴的受力及变形;最后,对新、旧测力中部支架进行了风洞标模试验对比,结果表明,测力中部支架结构设计合理,风洞标模试验数据相关性良好,表明新测力中部支架的研制是成功的,可应用于型号试验。The force testing central support is an important part of the model supporting system in a tran- sonic & supersonic wind tunnel, the performance of which is qualified or not would directly affect the control of model attitude angel during wind tunnel tests. First, aiming at the problem that the roll angle backlash is over- sized during force tests, the self - locking dual lead cylindrical worm transmission is applied to the force testing central support to solve this problem. Meanwhile, considering that the aerodynamic load is heavy, the slider and the bulging joining sleeve are both used to share the load. Then, the static structural strength of the worm transmission are checked, and at the same time, the finite element analysis is carried out to study the stress and deformation both in the sustaining body and the chief axis. Finally, the calibration model tests for the new force testing central support in comparison with the former one are conducted. Results indicate that the structural de- sign is reasonable, the data presented a good correlation, and the design of the new force testing support is suc- cessful for wind tunnel tests.
