摘  要:分析了我国汽车驱动桥曲齿锥齿轮的制造现状和存在的问题。针对国内曲齿锥齿轮制造技术及工艺现状,从加工调整参数的精细化设计、网络化闭环制造、精锻近净成形3个方面,分析总结出适合中国国情的曲齿锥齿轮制造新工艺的发展趋势,对我国汽车驱动桥曲齿锥齿轮制造业的发展提出展望。The manufacturing status and existing problems of spiral bevel gears used in automotive drive axle of China is analyzed. As one of the largest manufacturing and consuming countries for such gears, manu- facturing industry of spiral bevel gears in China is faced with the difficulties of poor production ability for high - level products, as well as low profit for mid -level and low -level products. Taking current manufacturing tech- nologies and processes into consideration, the developmental trend of manufacturing processes suitable for do- mestic industry is analyzed and summarized from the following three aspects, detailed design of adjusting param- eters, network -based closed loop manufacturing technology and near/net shaped be the prospect for national manufacturing industry of spiral bevel gears used in precision forging, which would automotive drive axle.
