摘  要:针对某城镇中心城区超大型水厂原址的升级改造工程,采用外压式超滤膜作为消毒前的精细过滤单元。通过中试试验,分析了膜通量对膜出水水质的影响,优化了工艺参数。设计中,设两段式膜系统回收净水膜反洗废水,并采取较低通量。按模块化和集约化,合理布置出叠合式膜车间。建成通水后,出厂水水质达到GB5749—2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》要求,其中浊度为0.1 NTU,色度为5度,CODMn的质量浓度为1.01 mg/L,氨氮的质量浓度小于0.02 mg/L,总有机碳的质量浓度为1.43 mg/L,三卤甲烷的质量浓度为0.3 mg/L。As a fine filtration unit before sterilization, external pressure UF membrane was applied in an upgrading and reconstruction project of a super large-scale waterworks located in central urban area. Through a pilot scale test, the influence of membrane flux on effluent water quality was analyzed, and then, the technical parameters were optimized. In the design scheme, two-section style system with lower membrane flux was set up to reclaim backwashing wastewater. A superimposition style workshop was arranged rationally accorded with the principle of modularization and intensification. With the accomplishment of the said project, the effluent water characteristics was as follows: the turbity was 0.1 NTU, the chroma was 5 degree, the mass concentrations of CODMn and ammonia nitrogen were 1.01 and lower than 0.02 mg/L respectively, the mass concentrations of total organic carbon and trihalomethane were 1.43 and 0.3 mg/L respectively, which indicated that, the effluent water quality met the requirement of GB 5749-2006 Standards for Drinking Water Quality.
