摘 要:采用自制的长方体蜂窝状规整型第三电极和乱堆型粒子电极为填充电极的三维电极体系处理苯酚废水,比较了规整型第三电极、乱堆型粒子电极对苯酚废水的处理效果,以及降解过程中·OH、H2O2、苯酚浓度、CODCr浓度的变化情况,探讨了苯酚降解的反应动力学,并运用红外光谱初步研究了苯酚的降解机理。结果表明,在电解质投加量为5 g/L,电压为7 V,p H值为5,极板间距为4 cm的条件下,与乱堆型粒子电极相比,规整型第三电极对苯酚去除率提高了22.50%,并且苯酚在三维电极反应器内的降解反应符合拟一级反应动力学模型,反应速率常数为0.014 min-1。Using three dimension electrodes systems filled with home-made cuboid honeycomb structured third electrode and disorderly particle electrode respectively to treat phenol wastewater, the treatment effect by the said two systems was compared with the variation of ·OH, H2O2, phenol and CODCr concentration during the degradation process investigated. The reaction kinetics of phenol degradation was discussed; besides, the mecha-nism of degradation was primarily studied by infrared spectroscopy also. The results showed that, under the con-dition that, the electrolyte dosage was 5 g/L, the voltage was 7 V, the pH value was 5, and the distance between plates was 4 cm, the removal rate of phenol by structured third electrode was 22.50% higher than that by disor-derly particle electrode, the phenol degradation reaction in the three dimension electrode reactor fit pseudo-first order kinetics model, the reaction rate constant was 0.014 min-1.
