摘　　要：对焦炉煤气初冷工艺中冷却效果差、阻力偏高等问题的原因进行了分析,通过控制中段循环水温度,增加中、下段喷洒液中轻质焦油含量,以及提高其喷洒液量和喷洒密度等措施,有效地解决了上述问题,保证了初冷器的长期稳定运行。The problems of the poor cooling effect and high resistance of primary cooling process of coke oven gas were analyzed. Measures were taken such as controlling the temperature of circulating water at intermediate segment, increasing the content of light tar in spray liquid at intermediate and lower segments and improving spraying fluid volume and spraying density. The above problems were effectively solved and the long term stable running of primary cooler was ensured.
