麻杏石甘汤当代医案分析述评

摘　　要：为全面了解麻杏石甘汤在当代中医临床的使用情况,对包含麻杏石甘汤原方4味药物的当代医家发表医案进行统计分析,发现本方在临床应用广泛,且仍以用治呼吸系统疾病为主,并以肺热壅盛为其主证,对经方的使用在继承的基础上进行了发展。但在医案记载方面,普遍存在信息记载不全及缺乏统一标准的情况。Statistics and analysis on contemporary medical cases of Maxing Shigan Tang are operated in this research, in or- der to grasp the clinical use of Maxing Shigan Tang at present. The result is ： this prescription is widely used in clinical medicine, especically in respiratory disease and the primary syndrome is lung heat congestion, which well inherited meanwhile developed the classic use. This research aslo found that incomplete information and lack of single standard are common in the record of medical
