摘　　要：介绍倪菊秀主任运用宣肺平喘法治疗小儿支气管哮喘发作的经验。小儿哮喘以"伏痰"为发病关键,外邪为重要诱因;发作期多见风邪外束、痰热内蕴,遣方以宣肺化痰、祛风平喘为大法。The paper introduces Director NI Juxiu＇s experience in the treatment of acute attack of childhood asthma by diffu- sing the lung to calm panting. It is held that acute attack of childhood asthma resuhs from invasion of external pathogen while ac- cumulation of endogenous phlegm - fluid is a key factor. Its treatment aims to diffuse the lung and dispel wind to resolve phlegm and calm panting.
