单兆伟慢性萎缩性胃炎诊疗经验浅探

摘　　要：介绍全国名老中医单兆伟教授对于慢性萎缩性胃炎的诊疗经验,认为脾胃虚弱为其本,瘀血阻络乃其标,滞亦为核心病机之一;诊断强调四诊合参,舌镜互参;治疗注重顾护后天,益气健脾,斡旋气机,以平为期,治萃三证,随证变通,加以心理疏导,饮食调养;用药轻灵醇正,颇具孟河余韵,讲求补而不滞,刚柔相济,升降平衡,巧用药对,精于配伍。To introduce Professor SHAN Zhaowei＇ s experience in diasnosis and treatment for chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG）, and then put forward the views that the weakness of the spleen and stomach is the fundamental while blood stasis is the Biao as well as one of the core pathogenesis;eomprehensive analysis on the four examination methods, the tongue coating com- bined with gastroscope; in the aspect of treatment, paying more attention to protecting the acquired constitution, nourishing qi to in- vigorate spleen, mediating qi activity, summarizing three types of TCM syndromes, accompanied by psychological counseling and diet aftercare ; in the herbal of choice, Professor SHAN Zhaowei is skilled in compatibility of herbals and inherits the style of Meng River to choose herbals as little as possible.
