摘　　要：中医心身疾病上热下寒证是疾病发展过程中的较为复杂的阶段。由于病因虚实相兼、寒热错杂,临床遣方用药时颇感棘手。赵志付临床应用寒热并治之法,治疗心身疾病上热下寒证学验丰富,疗效显著。病机要点为心肝阴虚兼脾肾亏虚,治疗当采用清上温下法柔肝清心温脾壮肾,药用酸枣仁、白芍、炮姜等。The syndrome of upper heat and lower cold of psychosomatic diseases in TCM is a complex stage in the process of diseases. Because of the complexity of the pathogeny and combination between chills and fever, it is quite difficult for clinical pre- scription. Professor ZHAO Zhifu has rich experience about the treatment of the syndrome of upper heat and lower cold in psycho- somatic diseases and the curative effect is obvious. The point of the pathogenesis is the deficiency of yin in liver and heart, and yang deficiency in spleen and kidney. Talking about the treatment, adopt the method of nourishing and clearing the liver and heart ,warming spleen and kidney meanwhile. Chinese herbs such as Suanzaoren, Baishao, Paojiang, etc.
