中药补肾纳气平喘膏方治疗儿童支气管哮喘缓解期的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:中药补肾纳气平喘膏方治疗儿童支气管哮喘缓解期的临床疗效研究。方法:将113例患者随机分为两组,治疗组59例患者缓解期用中药补肾纳气平喘膏方,每次一匙,2次/d,冲服。对照组54例患者缓解期采用酮替芬治疗,每次口服0.5 mg,2次/d;疗程均为2个月,随访2年。结果:治疗组和对照组的治疗总有效率分别为91.53%和77.78%。结论:中药膏方治疗儿童支气管哮喘缓解期有显著疗效。Objective ： To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine cream formula in treating children bronchial asthma in remission. Methods ：113 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group 59 cases with traditional Chinese medicine nourishing kidney and relieving asthma cream formula, every time a spoonful of water, twice a day and the control group 54 cases with ketotifen 0.5 mg orally, twice a day. The treatment course was 2 months, followed up 2 for years. Results：The treat- ment group＇s and the control group total effectiveness respectively was 91.53 % and 77.78 %. Conclusion：TCM nourishing kidney and relieving asthma cream formula in treating children bronchial asthma in remission has distinct curative effect.
